Do you hire people?
Good question. No, I don’t hire people for you, but I’ve done that in the past. My program Secrets to Successful Staffing, helps you learn all you need to know to create hiring processes for your business. It only includes the tools and best practices I used in recruiting that worked so you don’t have to make the same mistakes so many people (including myself) have made.
I’ve hired people before. Why should I get your program?
Recruiting is something that can always be improved, no matter how many people you’ve hired in the past. It’s great that you have experience in hiring; that gives you a leg-up to those that haven’t. Secrets to Successful Staffing is meant to empower you with the tools you need to be confident in your hiring decisions. When you have a good, solid recruiting process, you will ultimately minimize your turnover rate, saving you BIG BUCKS in the long run. Who doesn’t want to save unnecessary expenses, right?
Can’t I just get an employment agency to hire someone for me?
Yes you can. In fact, I encourage using employment agencies in my program because that industry is near and dear to my heart. BUT, you still need a process in place to know what you’re looking for in candidates as well as what to do when you’ve found the right one. Secrets to Successful Staffing helps you do that.
How do I know you’re legit?
I would be asking the same question. My experience includes recruiting for big and small businesses. I’ve hired contractors/independent consultants, hourly part-time and full-time employees, as well as executive positions.
